ROSH standard packages within main city areas take 2-3 working days. Outer islands and remote region packages might require 4-7 working days depending on transport clearances. Next-day delivery options are available for orders submitted before 3:00 PM local time.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a comprehensive 14-day hassle-free returns policy for all unworn, unused pieces containing original tags intact. Sale and discount catalog items are eligible for sizing swaps or shop credits rather than direct financial refunds.
How can I choose the correct garment size?
Every single product detail contains an interactive "Select Size" guide. Our clothing adopts standard Asian/European sizing grids. In addition, our details model accordion displays length measurements in centimeters. If you prefer a loose, relaxed fit, we suggest selecting one size up.
